I am interning in a daytime suburban cafe called Urbun, located just south of Dublin in Dun Laoghaire (Pronounced Dun Leary). The menu focuses on comfort food, and elevates them slightly from the reputation they have received in the past.
I will be helping out in the kitchen and learning the ropes for what it takes to work in the restaurant business. Look forward to many photos and insights to current Irish cuisine
