I am interning in a daytime suburban cafe called Urbun, located just south of Dublin in Dun Laoghaire (Pronounced Dun Leary). The menu focuses on comfort food, and elevates them slightly from the reputation they have received in the past.
I will be helping out in the kitchen and learning the ropes for what it takes to work in the restaurant business. Look forward to many photos and insights to current Irish cuisine

Difficulties on commenting should be fixed
So I just checked and it turns out that the settings for my blog were set to only allow registered users to comment on my post. Just changed that so there should be no problems now. Sorry
Your right it seems to work. how was Galloway? BTW, we will be Skyping with Melanie at 4:30 pm PDT on Saturday. I don't know if or how to do a three way, but if you would like to try, that would be great. Or if there is another time that would work better for you, I would love to talk to you again. Love Dad
